‘Very Graphic: The Art of Storytelling in Graphic Detail’ opened on Saturday, 16 November 2013 at 6.30 pm at the Bengal Art Lounge. The group exhibition is organized in collaboration with the British Council, Bangladesh and with the support of Bellissimo Ice-cream.

British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Robert Gibson, Inaugurated the exhibition. Robin Davis, Director, Program & Relationship, Ahsan Habib, Editor of UNMAD Magazine, Nawshin Khair, Director, Bengal Art Lounge and Tanvir Haider Chaudhury, the CEO of Kazi Food Industries spoke on the occasion. Rosemary Arnott, Director, Bangladesh of British Council were present during the opening ceremony.

Participating Artists are: Rafiqun Nabi, Shishir Bhattacharjee, Ahsan Habib, Sabyasachi Mistry, Karrie Fransman (UK), Steven Harris (UK), Syed Rashad Imam Tanmoy, Mehedi Haque, Nuhash Humayun, Anika Mariam Ahmed, Salzer Rahman, Istela Kazi Imam, Asifur Rahman, Rio Shuvo, Faridur Rahman Razib & Zeeshan Khan.

Very Graphic Fair was held from 21st – 23rd November 2013.
