The exhibition featured the works of 21 women artists and was jointly organised with the International Women’s Day Observation Committee. The show provided an interesting glimpse of current trends in mainstream art as visualized by women practitioners in Bangladesh. The participants were Atia Islam Anne, Dilara Begum Jolly, Fareha Zeba, Farida Zaman, Farzana Islam Milky, Ferdousy Priyabhashini, Kanak Chanpa Chakma, Kuhu, Laila Sharmeen, Murshida Arzu Alpana, Naima Haque, Nasima Haque Mitu, Nasreen Begum, Nazia Andaleeb Preema, Nazlee Laila Mansur, Niloofar Chaman, Rokeya Sultana, Saeeda Kamal, Shulekha Chaudhury, Sufia Begum and Tayeba Begum Lipi.
