9th March would have been the 83^rd birthday of the late artist and graphic designer, Qayyum Chowdhury. Celebrating his memory, Bengal Foundation has organised an exhibition of his works from the Bengal Foundation collection at the Bengal Art Lounge offering an opportunity to rediscover significant works by the late artist.

Professor Emeritus Anisuzzaman and artists Rafiqun Nabi and Samarjit Roy Chowdhury jointly inaugurated the exhibition on the 9^th of March 2015 (6 pm), at the Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts in Dhanmondi. Abul Hasnat, Editor of Kali O Kalam, and the late artist’s son, Moinul Islam Zaber also spoke on the occasion.

The exhibition is open to all and will continue from March 10 – March 28, 2015.
