Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts hosted a seven-day solo painting exhibition of artist Nazir Hossain, entitled ‘Pater Gaan, Banglar Bagh’ with the inauguration on 5 July 2011,Tuesday, at 6 pm. Prof. Shamsuzzaman Khan, Director General of Bangla Academy, was present as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the exhibition. Crafts Researcher artist Shekhar Saha was present as the Special Guest.
