Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts and Indira Gandhi Cultural Center, High Commission of India, Dhaka, invited the public to the inauguration of a week-long South Asian painting exhibition titled, ‘Kerala Green’ on Friday, 16 November 2012. An art camp titled Kerala Green, organised by ICCR and SHER of Puducherry, India, was held in February 2011 which was participated by artists from South Asian countries.

Mr. Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali, MP, Minister, Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, Govt of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and inaugurated the exhibition. Mr. Sandeep Chakravorty, Deputy High Commissioner, High Commission of India in Bangladesh, and eminent artist Rafiqun Nabi were present as Special Guests.
