Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts hosted ‘Innate Identities’, an exhibition of photographs by Gazi Nafis Ahmed.

The exhibition was organized in collaboration with Bandhu Social Welfare Society (BSWS), to mark IDAHO 2014 (International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia). The exhibition was inaugurated by the US Ambassador to Bangladesh, H. E. Mr. Dan Mozena, at Bengal gallery of Fine Arts, at 6.30 pm, on 10 May 2014. H. E. Mr. Gerben Sjoerd de Jong, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Bangladesh, graced the occasion as chief guest. Mr. Leo Kenny, Country Coordinator of the UN Joint Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), and Mr. John Stanmeyer, Founding Member of VII Photo Agency, were special guests on the occasion-Mr. Stanmeyer joined the ceremony through a remote connection.
