On 23rd January, 2015, Chobi Mela VIII, an international festival of photography in Bangladesh, opened at eleven venues across Dhaka (http://www.chobimela.org/selected-artists-gallery). Bengal Foundation hosted two of the thirty-one exhibitions at the eighth edition of south Asia’s oldest festival of photography at the Daily Star-Bengal Arts Precinct. A gallery walk was also organised on 26 January, 2015, as part of the event.
