In July 2004, Bengal Foundation organised a 4-day art workshop titled ‘Collagekalpa’, at Bangshi Bari, Savar. The workshop was conducted by noted artist Monirul Islam, who resides in Spain.
Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts hosted a week-long group exhibition, titled ‘Collagekalpa’, featuring selected artworks produced during the workshop, the inaugural ceremony was held on Sunday, 20th May 2007, at 6 pm, at the Bengal Shilpalaya.
Eminent Artist Aminul Islam was present as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the exhibition while artist Monirul Islam was present as the Special Guest.
