Born in Jamalpur, Bangladesh, Ganesh Haloi is one of the most distinguished artists of India today, renowned for his unique style and composition. Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts, in collaboration with Akar Prakar Gallery, Kolkata, India, presented a twelve-day solo exhibition of this artist’s recent works titled ‘Rhythm of Reality’ from 28 August 2013. Mr. Abul Kalam Azad, MP, Honourable Cultural Minister of Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, was present as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the exhibition on 28 August 2013, Wednesday, at 6 pm. H. E. Mr. Pankaj Saran, High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh and eminent artist Rafiqun Nabi were present as special guests.
