Bengal Art Lounge, a premier venue for showcasing contemporary art is hosting an exhibition of works by distinguished painter Monirul Islam, titled ‘Of Rupture and Continuity’, and Bengal Foundation’s new cultural venue, Bengal Art Lounge, was opened on 10 December 2011, by Dr. Dipu Moni, the honourable Foreign Minister of the Government of Bangladesh. Eminent artist Qayyum Chowdhury was present on the occasion as the special guest.

The exhibition will run from 10 to 23 December 2011 and is open daily from 12 to 8 pm.
