Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts hosted a nine-day print exhibition of eminent Indian artist Haren Das (1921-93) and his son Chandan Das, titled ‘Idyllic Nature’ with the inaugural ceremony on 14 October 2011, Friday, at 6 p.m. at Bengal Shilpalaya. Professor Emeritus Dr. Anisuzzaman was present as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the exhibition. Renowned artist Rafiqun Nabi and Professor Syed Azizul Haque were present as Special Guests. Artist Chandan Das was present at the inaugural ceremony.
