Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts hosted a ten-day solo watercolour exhibition of artist Bimanesh Chandra Biswas under the title, ‘Rural Nature’, with the inauguration on Tuesday, 20 September 2011 at 6 pm. Mr. Mijarul Quayes, noted art critic and Foreign Secretary of the Govt. of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, was present as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the exhibition. Eminent artist Hashem Khan and, art critic and architect Shamsul Wares, were present as Special Guests.
