Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts hosted a ten-day solo photography exhibition of Babu Ahmed entitled, ‘GAUR and PANDUA: The Lost Capital of Bengal (Bangladesh and India)’, with the inauguration on 27 February 2011 at 6 pm. H. E. Mr. Rajeet Mitter, High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and inaugurated the exhibition. Dr. Abu Sayeed M. Ahmed, Professor and Head, Department of Architecture, The University of Asia Pacific, was present as the Special Guest.
