To celebrate its 10th anniversary the Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts had drawn up a year-long programme that included a series of 10 group shows. The fourth exhibition of this series titled Rooted Creativity-4 featured works by 10 leading artists. The exhibition was inaugurated on Thursday, 16 September 2010, by Eminent educationist Professor Borhanuddin Khan Jahangir, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Professor Syed Manzoorul Islam was present at the inaugural ceremony as Special Guest. Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO, BRAC Bank Limited, was present as the Guest of Honour.
