Leading social advocacy agency Ain O Shalish Kendra (ASK) and Bengal Gallery of Fine Arts joined hands to demonstrate the creativity of children who are left out of the formal schooling system. In the absence of functional families and carers, most of the participants have to pursue livelihoods very early in life. In many of the artworks the children interpreted the trauma of their lived experience in different ways.
The Child Rights Unit at ASK provides health education and legal protection to working children.
